The Vashon Wedding Tour - May 9, 2026
Are you ready to experience the magic?
There’s a moment in wedding planning where everything starts to feel a little… transactional. Inquiries, pricing guides, back-to-back tours squeezed into weekends. Beautiful, yes—but often rushed. Disconnected. A little overwhelming. We wanted to create something different. An experience that feels like you.
Introducing: The Vashon Wedding Venue Tour
Join us for a thoughtfully curated day on Vashon Island where wedding planning slows down, opens up, and becomes something you can actually enjoy. Instead of visiting venues one by one, you’ll spend the day exploring six distinct spaces across the island—each with its own perspective, its own feeling, its own way of holding a celebration. This is not a wedding show. This is not a rushed tour. This is a day designed with intention.
What the Day Feels Like
You’ll move through the island with a curated drive, guided but not rushed. Pause for a glass of something delicious. Step into spaces that feel grounded, expansive, and quietly beautiful. Take in the water, the trees, the stillness that makes Vashon what it is.
Midday, you’ll gather for wood-fired pizza with a view of the Puget Sound—a moment to sit, reset, and imagine what your own wedding day could feel like in a place like this. Throughout the day, there are small touches waiting for you: a coffee moment to warm up and settle in, curated snacks at each stop, sparkling water always within reach and space to ask questions, or simply take it all in. It’s wedding planning, but softened. More intuitive. More experiential.
Why Vashon?
It’s like a destination wedding…but not. Close enough to feel easy, far enough to feel like an escape. There’s something about Vashon Island that can’t be replicated. The kind of place where your guests arrive and immediately exhale.
