Month of Coordination

This is essential for any wedding day and includes the basics for success.

You’ve planned your wedding, you know what you want it to look like and you need someone to execute it so that you can enjoy the day to its absolute fullest! At the heart of this package is support, a shoulder to lean on and someone to make sure you’ve checked all the boxes. We’ll tie up loose ends and streamline everything into a successful flow. We are the center of the web to make sure all of your vendors are on the right track and your wedding comes to life as you envisioned it!

We start working together right away to develop a plan and get you on the right track. You’ll have your own planning portal through Aisle Planner as well as access to our own personal Preferred Vendor list which is highly curated with all sorts of companies that we know and trust. We’ll walk through your venue together and have a vision meeting so that you can execute efficiently.

In the 8 weeks leading up to your wedding, we really start the ball rolling. Creating timelines, layouts, reviewing contracts, making sure all of your decor planned out as well as connecting with all of your vendors. We manage your rehearsal and wedding day, setup your decor, assist vendors as needed and support you as you move through the day!

Partial Planning and Design

This is our ‘happy medium’ package. It includes everything from Month of Coordination and then goes above and beyond. From wedding design, monthly check-in meetings, goal setting and to-do list making, you’ll suddenly be headed in the direction you always hoped for.

This package allows Gather and Cheer to guide you through uncharted waters and keeps you on track for success.

Our design services, starting within one month of booking, allow us to help you with some of the more complicated parts of the wedding. We source, negotiate and book your key design elements to ensure the vibe is cohesive through the day.

You’ll have your own planning portal AND access to our highly curated list with vendors we know and trust. We’ll walk through your venue together and have a vision meeting so that you can execute efficiently.

Full Planning and Design

Exactly what it sounds like…the full package. This is for couples who are ready to relax, fully enjoy their engagement and let someone else take the reins. This package starts right away and we do all the heavy lifting. It’s time for you to do the fun stuff!

Just like Partial Planning…you’ll feel an immediate weight lifted off your shoulders knowing a professional is by your side every step of the way. We’ll start by sourcing and booking all of your vendors, reviewing their lengthy contracts, setting up payment tracking and reminders, scheduling meeting and planning design! Attending meetings are our jam and we’ll ask all of the questions you didn’t think about.
